Keberhasilan Pembebasan Pilot Susi Air, Kapten Philip Mark Mehrtens, Melalui Pendekatan Soft Approach

uberpreneurs.com  – Keberhasilan pembebasan pilot Susi Air, Kapten Philip Mark Mehrtens, tidak luput karena strategi apik dan kerja keras Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz. Pembebasan Philip dilakukan melalui pendekatan soft approach.

Kapten Philip diketahui disandera oleh Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata (KKB) di Papua pada Februari 2023. Kira-kira sudah 1 tahun 7 bulan Philip disandera oleh KKB. Sejak itu, Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz mencari cara untuk membebaskan Philip. Kaops Damai Cartenz 2024, Brigjen Pol Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, mengatakan Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz 2024 selama ini mengedepankan upaya soft approach daripada hard approach.

“Kami mengedepankan pendekatan melalui tokoh agama, tokoh gereja, tokoh adat, dan keluarga dekat dari Egianus Kogoya. Pendekatan ini penting dilakukan untuk meminimalisir jatuhnya korban jiwa baik dari aparat, masyarakat sipil, dan sekaligus menjaga keselamatan dari pilot itu sendiri,” kata Faizal dalam keterangan pers yang diterima, Sabtu (21/9/2024).

Setelah sekian lama melakukan pendekatan dengan berbagai tokoh tersebut, akhirnya membuahkan hasil. Pada hari ini, Sabtu (21/09/2024), Pilot Philip berhasil dijemput oleh Tim Gabungan TNI-Polri yang tergabung dalam Satgas Damai Cartenz 2024. Kasatgas Humas Operasi Damai Cartenz 2024, KBP Dr. Bayu Suseno, menjelaskan bahwa Pilot Philip berhasil dibebaskan dan dijemput oleh tim gabungan bertempat di Kampung Yuguru, Distrik Maibarok, Kab Nduga, dan langsung diterbangkan menuju Mako Brimob Batalyon B/Timika.

“Ya benar sekali, hari ini kami berhasil menjemput Pilot Philip dalam keadaan sehat. Pilot kami terbangkan dari Nduga langsung menuju Timika,” jelas Bayu.

Selanjutnya, Pilot Philip langsung dibawa ke ruangan khusus untuk dilakukan mitigasi medis sekaligus memastikan kondisi psikologis Pilot Philip dalam keadaan stabil. Setelah kegiatan mitigasi, rencananya akan digelar konferensi pers di Posko Operasi Damai Cartenz 2024 di Mako Brimob Batalyon B/Timika.

Sementara itu, Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo menyampaikan misi pembebasan berhasil berkat kerja keras tim TNI-Polri yang tergabung dalam Operasi Paro dan Damai Cartenz. Sigit mengatakan ini atas perintah Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

“Alhamdulillah, atas Perintah Bapak Presiden untuk melaksanakan pembebasan terhadap korban penculikan pilot Selandia Baru beberapa waktu yang lalu. Atas kerja keras seluruh tim yang bertugas melaksanakan operasi, hari ini tim berhasil menyelesaikan misi dan membawa pulang sandera pilot dalam kondisi sehat,” jelas Jenderal Sigit dalam keterangannya.

Kapolri menyampaikan selamat kepada tim TNI-Polri yang tergabung dalam misi operasi tersebut. Dia juga berharap Kapten Philip bisa segera bertemu keluarganya kembali. Jenderal Sigit juga mengapresiasi sinergitas TNI dan Polri dalam upaya pembebasan Kapten Philip tersebut.

Upaya pendekatan soft approach ini dipuji oleh sejumlah pihak. Mereka memuji karena tidak ada korban jiwa dalam pembebasan Kapten Philip. Pujian pertama disampaikan Komnas HAM. Komnas HAM mengapresiasi Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz karena telah melakukan pendekatan ini.

“Komnas HAM menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh pihak, secara khusus Satgas Operasi Damai Cartenz dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Mimika, yang melakukan proses pembebasan pilot melalui pendekatan yang persuasif. Pendekatan ini juga melibatkan tokoh agama, gereja, adat, dan pihak keluarga yang berhasil mencegah jatuhnya korban jiwa sekaligus menjaga keselamatan pilot,” bunyi keterangan pers Komnas HAM yang diterima.

Komnas HAM berharap pembebasan ini merupakan momentum yang baik untuk mendorong situasi HAM yang lebih kondusif di Papua dan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak masyarakat sipil dalam kondisi apapun. Komnas HAM juga menyampaikan senantiasa mengingatkan para pihak untuk tetap mengedepankan pendekatan persuasif dan prinsip-prinsip HAM.

“Kiranya peristiwa ini akan menjadi satu pelajaran penting yang akan memperkaya pengalaman dan cara kita dalam membangun Indonesia pada umumnya, dan Papua pada khususnya,” katanya.

Tak hanya itu, Kompolnas juga memuji TNI-Polri. Kompolnas mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pembebasan tersebut.

“Kompolnas mengucapkan terima kasih sebesar-besarnya serta apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Polri, khususnya kepada Satgas Damai Cartenz, yang telah berhasil membebaskan sandera Pilot Susi Air Capt. Philips Mark Mehrtens, dengan cara-cara damai,” kata Komisioner Kompolnas Poengky Indarti dalam keterangan tertulisnya.

“Kompolnas juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, tokoh-tokoh agama, tokoh-tokoh adat, dan semua pihak yang membantu upaya pembebasan sandera,” tambahnya.

Kemudian, upaya ini juga dipuji oleh Komisi I DPR RI. Ketua Komisi I DPR RI, Meutya Hafid, berterima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah berupaya dalam pembebasan itu.

“Secara khusus mengapresiasi Presiden Joko Widodo, Menteri Pertahanan Prabowo Subianto, dan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Polri), Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN), Pemerintah Daerah Papua, tokoh-tokoh adat, dan tokoh Gereja di Papua, dan semua pihak yang telah berupaya dalam pembebasan Kapten Philip,” kata Meutya.

Meutya juga memberikan apresiasi atas pendekatan soft approach yang diterapkan oleh aparat keamanan dalam proses pembebasan sandera. Menurutnya, metode mengedepankan dialog dan pendekatan humanis ini merupakan langkah penting dan dapat dijadikan benchmark untuk operasi-operasi serupa di masa mendatang.

“Pendekatan soft approach yang dilakukan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian konflik dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang damai dan terukur. Ini adalah sebuah pencapaian yang perlu kita terus kembangkan dalam menghadapi situasi-situasi serupa ke depan,” ujarnya.

Politikus Golkar itu berharap agar peristiwa ini menjadi momentum bagi terciptanya keamanan dan stabilitas yang lebih baik di Papua.

Apa Benar Tahu dan Tempe Pemicu Asam Urat?

“Berdasarkan penelitian kami, kedelai tidak terkait dengan risiko asam urat lebih tinggi. Dengan kata lain, tahu dan tempe tidak memicu asam urat,” kata Teng Gim Gee, peneliti dan konsultan senior di divisi reumatologi National University Hospital.

Penelitian di Jepang dan Taiwan juga menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi kedelai tidak meningkatkan kadar asam urat tubuh. Meskipun kedelai mengandung purin cukup tinggi, yang biasanya dapat memicu kenaikan kadar asam urat, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedelai justru dapat meningkatkan ekskresi asam urat sehingga dinilai tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan asam urat.

Studi di Jepang menemukan bahwa kelompok yang paling banyak mengonsumsi daging merah punya risiko asam urat 8 persen lebih tinggi dari kelompok lain. Kemudian, justru kelompok konsumen unggas yang mengalami peningkatan risiko yang lebih tinggi, yakni 27 persen.

Dengan demikian, meskipun purin merupakan komponen pangan yang dapat memicu kenaikan kadar asam urat, kedelai, termasuk tahu dan tempe, tidak terbukti sebagai pemicu asam urat. Namun, tetap penting untuk mengkonsultasikan asupan makanan dengan dokter jika Anda memiliki asam urat.

Potensi Tsunami di Jakarta Akibat Gempa Megathrust

uberpreneurs.com – DKI Jakarta berpotensi terkena tsunami dampak gempa dahsyat megathrust yang ada di Selat Sunda dan Jawa Barat. Kepala Pusat Data dan Informasi (Kapusdatin) Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Jakarta, Mohamad Yohan, mengatakan bahwa gempa besar dari megathrust yang terjadi di lautan juga berpotensi memicu tsunami.

“Meskipun Jakarta tidak langsung menghadap Samudra Hindia, gelombang tsunami yang sangat besar mungkin dapat mencapai pesisir utara Jakarta jika terdapat gelombang besar yang dihasilkan dari arah selatan,” kata Yohan dalam keterangannya, Kamis (19/9).

Jakarta berada di tengah-tengah dua segmen megathrust dengan potensi kekuatan hingga magnitudo M 8,7. Kedua segmen itu yakni Megathrust Jawa Barat dan Megathrust Selat Sunda. Megathrust Jawa Barat memiliki dimensi dengan panjang 320 km dan lebar 200 km. Segmen megathrust ini tercatat dua kali melepaskan energi besarnya, yakni pada 1903 dengan kekuatan M 8,1, dan tahun 2006 dengan kekuatan M 7,8.

Sementara, Megathrust Selat Sunda memiliki dimensi panjang 280 km dan lebar 200 km, dan pergeseran (slip rate) 4 cm per tahun. Megathrust Selat Sunda bahkan jadi sorotan khusus dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, karena merupakan segmen megathrust di Indonesia yang masuk dalam zona seismic gap, yang merupakan zona sumber gempa potensial tapi belum terjadi gempa besar dalam masa puluhan hingga ratusan tahun terakhir. Zona ini diduga sedang mengalami proses akumulasi medan tegangan/stress kerak Bumi. Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) mencatat gempa besar terakhir di Selat Sunda terjadi pada 1757, dengan usia seismic gap 267 tahun.

Menurut Yohan, dampak tsunami imbas gempa megathrust bakal lebih terasa di daerah-daerah sekitar Jakarta, khususnya di wilayah Banten yang jaraknya cukup dekat dengan segmen Selat Sunda. “Kota-kota pesisir di sekitar Jakarta, seperti Banten dan Anyer, lebih berisiko terkena dampak langsung dari tsunami,” jelas Yohan.

Lalu, separah apa tsunami yang bakal ‘menyapu’ Jakarta? Merujuk data BMKG yang dibagikan BPBD DKI Jakarta, tingkat bahaya tsunami di Jakarta cukup rendah. “Berdasarkan sumber Peta Resiko Tsunami Indonesia, Jakarta memiliki tingkat kemungkinan bahaya tsunami rendah, ketinggian tsunami di pantai Jakarta kurang dari 1 meter,” demikian bunyi keterangan BMKG.

Dengan demikian, meskipun ada potensi tsunami akibat gempa megathrust, risiko yang dihadapi Jakarta secara spesifik dianggap rendah berdasarkan data dan analisis yang ada. Namun, tetap penting bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk terus mempersiapkan dan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana alam, termasuk tsunami.

Legenda Jawa: Nyi Blorong dan Pah-Sidin

uberpreneurs.com – Legenda Jawa, Nyi Blorong, terkenal sebagai sosok perempuan yang mampu memberikan harta melimpah bagi seseorang secara “instan”. Tentu saja, kekayaan tersebut tak bisa didapatkan secara cuma-cuma. Demi kekayaan yang melimpah, seseorang harus rela menukarkan nyawa kepada Nyi Blorong.

Salah satu kisah tentang seseorang yang rela menyerahkan nyawanya kepada Nyi Blorong demi kekayaan tertuang dalam catatan perjalanan ke Jawa pada masa kolonial yang berjudul Java, Fact, and Fancies (1905) oleh Augusta de Wit, sang pelancong Belanda yang mengunjungi Tanah Air. Menurut Augusta de Wit, sosok yang rela menyerahkan nyawanya kepada Nyi Blorong demi harta melimpah tanpa harus bekerja adalah seorang nelayan miskin dengan hobi judi sabung ayam di pantai Selatan Jawa, Pah-Sidin.

Tumbal Nyawa

Pada akhir abad ke-19, Pah-Sidin dan istri hidup dalam jeratan kemiskinan. Demi bertahan hidup, Augusta de Wit menyebut bahwa istri Pah-Sidin bekerja dari pagi hingga malam, menenun dan membatik sarung, menjual buah-buahan, serta merawat rumah, kebun, dan ladang.

Sementara itu, Sidin tidak bekerja karena tak punya keahlian dan malah asyik main judi sabung ayam. Suatu waktu, kondisi keuangan makin parah hingga tak memiliki beras sebutirpun dan kebun sudah ditarik rentenir. Sang istri murka dan mendesak Sidin bekerja mencari uang daripada terus berpuasa, berpergian tak jelas, dan main judi.

Dengan perasaan geram, Sidin bergerak mencari uang. Bukan kerja, tapi pergi selama berhari-hari menyusuri pantai menuju suatu gua. Dia hendak menemui Nyi Roro Kidul dan Nyi Blorong untuk meminta uang. Sesampainya di gua, dia menabur bunga, membakar kemenyan, dan berkata:

“Nyi Blorong! Aku mohon kepadamu. Aku miskin dan benar-benar celaka. Maukah kamu memberi uang? Aku bakal menyerahkan jiwaku kepadamu,” teriak Sidin.

Tak disangka, ada suara membalas teriakannya: “Aku mendengarmu, Pah-Sidin,”

Rupanya itu Nyi Blorong. Pah-Sidin lantas ketakutan. Terlebih, gua mendadak berubah menjadi rumah besar terselimuti emas. Namun, saat mendekat dia kaget setengah mati kalau rumah itu berasal dari sisa-sisa tumbal manusia. Nyi Blorong seakan memberi pesan harta setara nyawa orang.

Meski begitu, ketakutan sirna karena dia tetap butuh uang. Tawaran Nyi Blorong pun diterima.

Singkat cerita, saat sampai di rumah, Sidin kembali bertemu Nyi Blorong. Dalam penceritaan Augusta de Wit, keduanya bercumbu dan untuk pertama kalinya Nyi Blorong menampakkan wujud aslinya: punya sisik dan ekor, tapi bisa menghasilkan emas.

Setelahnya, Sidin senang dan langsung berubah nasib.

“Pah-Sidin kini bagaikan Raja terkaya: ia mempunyai rumah indah, dengan lumbung padi, kuda-kuda yang bagus, perkebunan palem dan jambu yang luas serta segala jenis buah-buahan lainnya, dan sawah-sawah subur,” tulis de Wit.

Kekayaan lantas membuat sikap Sidin berubah. Dia menceraikan istri dan menikah lagi dengan tiga perempuan muda. Selama bertahun-tahun, dia kemudian hidup tenang bergelimang harta.

Namun, dia lupa kalau semua itu bersifat fana sebab Nyi Blorong bakal menagih nyawa sesuai perjanjian. Benar saja, berulangkali makhluk gaib itu datang menagih janji. Sidin tak bersedia menyerahkan nyawa sendiri. Maka, dia menyerahkan orang lain: pembantu dan adik kandung.

Meski begitu, Sidin kena batunya juga. Akibat tak ada lagi yang bisa ditumbalkan, dia pun menyerahkan diri kepada Nyi Blorong. Dia pun tewas meninggalkan harta benda.

Dimensi Lain dari Kisah Sidin

Kisah Sidin yang diperoleh Augusta de Wit dari seorang nelayan bisa dilihat dari dimensi berbeda, yakni sikap iri pengamat terhadap orang kaya baru. Kasusnya sama seperti kemunculan mitos tuyul dan babi ngepet. Keduanya karena para petani tak melihat kerja keras dari orang kaya, sehingga memandang ada persekutuan dengan makhluk supranatural.

Mengacu paparan George Quinn dalam “An Excursion to Java’s Get Rich Quick Tree” (2009), para petani selalu beranggapan datangnya kekayaan harus dipertanggungjawabkan. Maka ketika orang kaya gagal mempertanggungjawabkan asal kekayaannya, para petani iri dan menuduh harta secara tidak halal. Dalam kasus Sidin dan Nyi Blorong, tidak menutup kemungkinan kisah didasari rasa iri nelayan yang tak melihat proses kerja keras Sidin menjadi kaya.

Terlebih, Nyi Blorong yang berkaitan dengan Nyi Roro Kidul mitosnya sudah terbongkar. Sastrawan Pramoedya Ananta Toer dalam Sastra, Sensor, dan Negara (1995) menyebut, Nyi Roro Kidul diciptakan pujangga Mataram usai kalah mempertahankan tanah Pantai Utara Jawa. Jadi, agar Mataram terlihat kuat dan menakut-nakuti Belanda supaya tak menguasai Pantai Selatan Jawa, tercipta cerita Nyi Roro Kidul.

KPU Surabaya Merespons Deklarasi Dukungan Warga untuk Kampanye Kotak Kosong di Pilwalkot 2024

uberpreneurs.com – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Surabaya merespons langkah sejumlah masyarakat yang mendeklarasikan dukungan dan mengampanyekan kota kosong pada Pilwalkot Surabaya 2024. Komisioner KPU Surabaya, Divisi Sosialisasi, Pendidikan Pemilih, Partisipasi Masyarakat, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Subairi mengatakan pihaknya tidak bisa melarang aspirasi warga tersebut.

“Itu partisipasi masyarakat. Artinya pilihan masyarakat, ya monggo kami tidak menghalangi hal seperti itu,” kata Subairi, di KPU Surabaya, Rabu (18/9).

KPU, kata Subairi, juga tidak memiliki regulasi untuk mengatur, melarang atau menertibkan kampanye kotak kosong yang dilakukan warga. Menurutnya, regulasi yang ada hanya memungkinkan pihaknya mengatur kampanye pasang calon (paslon) kepala daerah yakni calon wali kota dan wakil wali kota.

“Kami atur regulasinya di paslon, tidak ada kemudian kita mengatur kampanye kolom kosong, tidak ada. Silakan [kampanye kotak kosong] itu kan hak mereka sendiri, kita tidak bisa melarang,” ujarnya.

Subairi menambahkan pihaknya juga akan melakukan simulasi pemilihan. Nantinya surat suara di Pilkada Surabaya hanya terdapat foto pasangan calon Eri Cahyadi-Armuji dan kolom kosong.

“Karena memang regulasinya seperti itu. Kami dari KPU Surabaya juga akan melakukan simulasi hal yang sama, tentunya menunggu hasil penetapan di tanggal 22 September 2024 nanti,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, puluhan Warga Surabaya melakukan aksi deklarasi mendukung kotak kosong di Pemilihan Wali Kota (Pilwalkot) Surabaya 2024, di depan gedung DPRD Surabaya, Senin (17/9).

Koordinator aksi Harijono mengaku pihaknya ingin mengajak masyarakat untuk memilih kotak kosong, sebagai wujud protes terhadap para pimpinan partai. Ia menilai pimpinan partai di Surabaya gagal menyerap aspirasi rakyat. Karena lebih mementingkan kekuasaan daripada kesejahteraan masyarakat Surabaya.

“Kami memilih kotak kosong sebagai bentuk penolakan terhadap calon tunggal yang diusung oleh partai partai politik yang tidak peka terhadap aspirasi rakyat,” kata Harijono.

Duet kader PDIP Eri Cahyadi-Armuji diusung seluruh partai atau 18 partai politik yang ada di Surabaya pada Pilwalkot Surabaya 2024. Dia akan melawan kotak kosong pada pencoblosan 27 November 2024 nanti.

Nikita Willy Siap Melahirkan Anak Kedua, Tetap Menyisihkan Waktu untuk Bonding dengan Anak Pertama

Meski tengah hamil, Nikita Willy tetap menyibukkan dirinya dengan bekerja. Di tengah kesibukan, perempuan 30 tahun ini juga selalu menyediakan waktu spesial untuk anak pertamanya, Issa Xander Djokosoetono, yang berusia dua tahun.

Bagi Nikita Willy, bonding dengan anak sangat penting. Untuk memulainya, Nikita Willy sudah membiasakan Issa untuk menjalani rutinitas yang konsisten sejak dini. “Sebelum mulai bekerja, membuat rutinitas yang konsisten bagi kita dan anak. Misalnya, tahu anak bangun jam berapa, makan jam berapa, tidur siang jam berapa. “Di sela rutinitas yang konsisten itu, kita bisa spare waktu sebelum dan setelah bekerja. Seperti sarapan sama anak, makan malam bareng, mandiin anak, atau membacakan dongeng sebelum tidur,” ungkapnya. “Satu anak itu minimal 30 menit sehari (menghabiskan waktu bersama ibunya) dan itu berkualitas tanpa handphone atau gangguan apa pun. Menurut saya itu sudah cukup banget bonding-nya. Saya yakin anak enggak bakal kehilangan sosok ibunya.”

Pemilik Warung Kopi di Sukabumi Tertembak, Diduga Oleh Pengacara

Bagus mengatakan kejadian itu terjadi pada Selasa (17/9) sekira jam 21.30 WIB tepat di depan Warung Kopi Veteran, Jalan Sriwidari nomor 27, Kelurahan Sriwidari, Kecamatan Gunungpuyuh, Kota Sukabumi.

“Ya benar kemarin telah terjadi penembakan terhadap korban yang diduga menggunakan sejenis senjata api. Ya betul (korban pemilik warung kopi),” kata Bagus.

Kronologi kasus penembakan pemilik warung kopi itu bermula saat pelaku datang ke halaman warung kopi untuk bertemu korban. Kemudian, korban disuruh masuk ke dalam mobil pelaku. Akibat peristiwa tersebut, korban mendapatkan luka tembakan di punggung, dilarikan ke RSUD Syamsudin SH untuk penanganan medis. Usai melakukan penembakan tersebut, pelaku melarikan diri, polisi masih melakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku.

“Identitas pelaku, nama sudah di kantongi berdasarkan keterangan saksi-saksi dan CCTV. Dugaan sementara pelaku oknum pengacara. Sedangkan untuk korban masih belum dapat dimintai keterangan,” tutupnya.

Pembunuh 4 Anak Kandung di Jaksel Telah Divonis Hukuman Mati Sepadan

https://uberpreneurs.com/ – Panca Darmansyah (41), ayah yang membunuh empat anak kandungnya di Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan, divonis mati oleh Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan (Jaksel). Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) menyatakan bahwa Panca pantas mendapat hukuman tersebut.

“Vonis mati sepadan dengan catatan tidak ada remisi. Jangan sampai ada remisi, karena sangat jelas pelaku melanggar hak asasi manusia, apalagi korban adalah anak kandung,” ujar Komisioner KPAI Diyah Puspitarini, Selasa (17/8/2024).

Berikut adalah perilaku kejam yang dilakukan Panca saat membunuh empat anaknya di rumah kontrakan.

Panca membunuh anaknya yang masih berusia 1 tahun dengan cara membekapnya di bagian mulut dan hidung selama sekitar 15 menit. Saat Panca membunuh anak bungsunya, 3 anak lainnya sedang menonton televisi. Ketiganya dibunuh satu persatu di dalam kamar lalu dijejerkan berdampingan satu sama lainnya.

“Setelah anak bungsu, kemudian ke anak ketiga, anak kedua, dan anak pertama. Sama semua prosesnya begitu,” kata Wakasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan Kompol Henrikus Yossi, kepada wartawan, Jumat (29/12/2023).

Keempat anaknya itu seluruhnya tewas dibekap. Panca juga berucap sama kepada ketiga jasad anaknya yang lain.

“Sama juga. Habis anak-anaknya itu dibunuh, dia bilang Nanti ayah nyusul, ayah yang akan tanggung jawab. Sama semua begitu,” papar Yossi.

Setelah membunuh keempat jasad anaknya, Panca tidur di samping jenazah anak sulungnya yang berusia 6 tahun. Panca juga sempat merekam keempat jenazah anaknya.

Kapolres Metro Jakarta Selatan saat itu, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, mengungkap motif pembunuhan. Panca membunuh anaknya karena rasa cemburu kepada istrinya.

“Inilah yang mendasari dia dari rasa cemburu ini terhadap saudara D,” ucapnya saat ditemui di Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (12/12/2023).

Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan menyatakan Panca bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana dan melakukan perbuatan kekerasan fisik dalam rumah tangga. Dia divonis mati oleh majelis hakim atas perbuatannya itu.

“Mengadili, satu, menyatakan Terdakwa Panca Darmansyah tersebut di atas terbukti secara meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana dan melakukan perbuatan kekerasan fisik dalam lingkup rumah tangga,” kata hakim ketua Sulistyo Muhammad Dwi Putro saat membaca putusan di PN Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (17/9/2024).

“Dua, menjatuhkan pidana terhadap Terdakwa Panca Darmansyah oleh karena itu dengan pidana mati,” imbuhnya.

Hakim menetapkan Panca tetap ditahan. Hakim juga meminta sejumlah barang bukti terkait pembunuhan yang dilakukan Panca dimusnahkan.

Panca dinyatakan bersalah melanggar Pasal 340 KUHP tentang Pembunuhan Berencana dan Pasal 44 ayat 1 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga.

Menanggapi putusan itu, pihak Panca mengatakan akan melawan vonis dengan ajukan banding.

“Memang perbuatannya salah dan sangat tidak manusiawi. Untuk keadilan, kita sebagai penasihat hukum yang seadil-adilnya kita nyatakan banding, Yang Mulia,” kata kuasa hukum Panca, Amriadi Pasaribu, dalam sidang di PN Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (17/9).
